4Gundam Markers...Jul 21, 2010
I got these to help with detailing on my gundam models to make them look better and so far from what I've seen they work pretty good. I watched a video on you tube to help figure out how to start the makers up but it's fairly simple. First you shake them for about 30 seconds then you take off the cap and press the tip of the makers against a flat surfaced and you can watch the paint moving down to the tip of the makers. Then you shake it for a couple more seconds and then you're all ready to go. I'm still learning how to use them effectively, but from what I've seen they were worth the purchase.

4not what i expected!May 02, 2010
My friend has been painting models using these, but i was using a different type of marker. This marker started off being horrendous, I had no idea how to use it. But after a little experimenting (I did this on an assembled model I did not like), I understood the way to use these markers perfectly, and they work wonders! If you mess up, you can just scratch the paint off. It's WONDERFUL for detailing those slightly indented panel lines, however for painting large scale I highly recommend spray paint. This paint lasts a while, but be careful, if applied incorrectly, it won't look smooth and on top of that it can be scratched off fairly easily. Otherwise, it's AMAZING for panel lining, and painting areas that won't be touched!
